Sounding like the bastard son of Ozzy era Sabbath and Fu Manchu, Freedom Hawk play stoner driven metal groove with a healthy dose of psychedelic vibes to top things off. A tight as fuck rhythm section drive the songs along and the guitars which have all distortion settings turned on full, deliver sublime soloing. Apart from killer riffs, they also have great melodies which just seem "right" for the song. The album has an unstoppable feel to it - it just motors along without feeling the need to produce lengthy tracks just for the sake of it.
